I am sharing with you an interview that was created as part of the diploma thesis - The body in the science and profession of social work, authored by Tee Vuga.

In it, we touch on the topic of psychology through the prism of somatics and vice versa. We explore the importance of the intertwining of the two and wonder what it really looks like in practice. To a large extent, I presented my work in it, my understanding of the importance of working with the body and body-oriented therapeutic approaches, and how different oriented practices can support us in discovering the wisdom of the body and strengthening contact with it, for embodied action.
