Gestalt experiential psychotherapy
Facilitator and founder of the Moave - Psychology in movement
Hi, I'm Nayeli Špela
Within Elu, I cultivate an environment that fosters support and personal growth through a blend of embodied principles, psychotherapy, and psychological counseling.
I am a university-graduated psychologist with a license to work independently as a mental health professional. At this moment, I lead a private psychological practice dedicated to creating a nurturing and supportive space for individuals seeking personal growth and healing.
Drawing from my experience managing a psychological outpatient clinic within a health center, I understand the importance of offering tailored support to address the unique needs of each individual. Through a blend of psychotherapy, psychological counseling, and embodied principles, I guide my clients on a journey towards greater self-awareness and empowerment.
I am also a founder of Moave - psychology in movement organisation.
My passion for researching movement and dance serves as a driving force behind my practice, allowing me to integrate these elements into therapy sessions to deepen understanding and enhance therapeutic outcomes. In doing so, I create a unique space where individuals can embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing.
About ELU
The vision of the ELU was born out of the desire to combine two very important dimensions of a person for me, physical-somatics (and all the wisdom that our body possesses) and our psychology. I believe that these are not separate mechanisms, but a closely intertwined system from which we operate and with the help of which we can develop even more holistically.
Inside Elu, I offer individual as well as group support aimed at resolving current difficulties,
in-depth psychotherapeutic processes or simply as additional support for personal development and more embodied living.
